My items were delivered in perfect condition in a timely manner. My husband is thrilled with the 2 signs - 1 hanging proudly on the outside of our barn and 1 inside of our cottage. I didn't order the hanging kits, so one set of holes had to be drilled a little larger for the hanger screws we had on hand. No issues whatsover.

Good quality piece but more surprising was the speed of delivery. Kept fully informed all the way not only by yourself but FedEx as well. Interestingly I was not asked to pay duty or VAT before delivery in UK.
