I purchased an European skull mount as a Christmas present so I don't have pictures of it hanging on a wall yet. BUT ... it absolutely wowed me when I opened the package! The pictures don't do these wall mounts justice. I chose copper for the color and it just pops when I hold it up against the wall. The engraving is flawless and the size (medium) will be perfect for the deer skull being mounted. This is for a grandson's first archery buck and I know he will be thrilled with it. If you're on the fence at all about purchasing, I can tell you that the quality is excellent and it exceeded my expectations in just about every way. Highly recommend as a fantastic gift for the hunter(s) in your life!

The European mount in the middle has a special place for me because it’s the deer I got the first time I went hunting with my friend Buddy. The other two were also with Buddy. I was in the shoot house with Buddy when he whisper yelled “There it is” for me to shoot. My friend Buddy passed earlier this year and I miss him everyday. I get to see the There It Is Buck every time I walk in my office and remember that special day.

The little cut out slot to hang the skull doesn't match up to the skull at all. There are no directions. I have tried Youtube to show me how to attach the skull to the wall mount. I can't find anything. So I guess I have to do some fabrication to either the wall mount or the skull. Not an ideal situation.
